Can I get a mortgage with bad credit?
My girlfriend and I have credit scores is 500. Is it impossible to find someone to lend us money? We want the homeowners first.
Sorry, even the FHA requires 3.5% and a credit rating 620, although it may have recently found that for the 650. Instead of wasting time and application of reducing their score even more, to establish or increase their level of first and raise money in the bank
